The apartment was perfect for our family with two small kids. The flat-screen TV kept them entertained during downtime, and having a kitchen with a dining area made meal times easy and convenient. The private bathroom with a shower was great for quick clean-ups.
Personally, I found the lack of a patio or balcony to be a downside. But that's just my preference, others might not mind.

We had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik not far from Lapad beach and a strip of restaurants, supermarkets, and the bus stop and the supermarket. The location of the apartment was perfect and comfortable in to the old town.

I stayed at Apartments Dalmatino for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. I loved having a table, chairs, and a parasol on the terrace, which made for a relaxing outdoor space. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and a short bus ride to the Old Town. The best part, however, was the extremely friendly and helpful welcome from Niko and Dragan.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Dalmatino. Dragan and Niko were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our time in Dubrovnik. the apartment is spacious, clean, and in a quiet location. It is conveniently located near the promenade, bus stop, and supermarket. the old town is easily accessible by a short bus ride. We also enjoyed the sunset at the cave bar, which was recommended by the hosts. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👍.

We had a great holiday with friends at Apartments Dalmatino, despite the occasional noise from the nearby bar in the evenings. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away and convenient access to restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. The host was extremely helpful and provided us with valuable information about things to see in the area. The private parking and outdoor patio were added bonuses. I highly recommend this place for a fun and enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik.

One child-friendly aspect of our stay at Apartments Dalmatino was its peaceful location on a quiet street just steps away from the bustling promenade of Lapad. It was the perfect setting for our family to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. The proximity to the lively promenade allowed us to easily access the various restaurants and entertainment options available, which made dining out and finding activities for the kids a breeze. The tranquil setting of the street provided a safe and relaxing environment for our little ones to explore and play.
For dads, it would be great to have a playground or play area for children within the premises of Apartments Dalmatino.

Excellent location near restaurants and the beach. Comfy beds and a bonus washing machine. The outdoor dining area was nice for meals. Good kitchenette with fridge and separate toilet and washroom were functional.
Parking spaces were limited and not ideal if you have more than two cars.

The value for money at Dalmatino was excellent, with a spacious and beautifully refurbished apartment. The location in the quiet and green area of Lapad was perfect for exploring the old town of Dubrovnik, just a short bus ride away. The host was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations.
The morning meal could have been improved with the addition of a toaster and a microwave.
